- Fix for USB2.0 cameras which cannot be allocated on USB bus.
  We need to fall in "USB low bandwidth mode" where the cameras will be active 
  on the selected input only. There will be a flag set in web interface under 
  status / USB inputs section to indicate the current behavior.
