How it works
IP2USB bridges up to 10 NDI® HX and RTSP cameras, plus one supported USB camera, with USB-based conferencing and collaboration platforms. It converts and switches between all connected sources. It then delivers the selected feed as a standard USB camera to Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex, conferencing CODECs and laptops.
Powered by INOGENI’s proven AV bridging technology, IP2USB delivers high-quality, low-latency video and audio with reliable performance. When paired with a keypad or control system, it enables fast source switching between cameras, ensuring smooth transitions that keep meetings and discussions flowing naturally.
IP2USB is NDI-certified
For environments with multiple cameras, the IP2USB can aggregate the signals from each camera, routing them over a single Ethernet connection to your laptop or CODEC system. This enables direct connection of advanced cameras to USB-enabled video conferencing hardware or software without additional infrastructure. IP2USB also supports PTZ control, making it an ideal choice for dynamic, multi-camera environments.
In addition to video, the IP2USB provides full audio integration, supporting UAC audio I/O over USB and HDMI audio output. This enables straightforward routing of audio from USB peripherals to HDMI sinks or to USB-connected systems. With flexible control via IP, USB, and RS-232, the IP2USB is a versatile solution that simplifies pro AV setups and delivers reliable, professional-grade performance.
The right camera view. Exactly when you need it.
Empower meeting participants to instantly select the most relevant view, whether focusing on the presenter, the entire room, or the whiteboard. Simple, intuitive, and fully integrated with your room control system.
Dante audio integration with IP2USB
The IP2USB supports Dante audio, providing seamless, bidirectional audio over IP. This integration enables easy routing and streamlined audio handling for professional AV systems.
- Dual configuration options:
- 2×2 Audio interface
- 1×1 Speakerphone mode
- Flexible Dante routing:
- Signals can be routed via the Dante Controller, a familiar to integrators who use Dante for networked audio.
- Transmit 2x In and 2x Out Dante audio channels to the USB interface synchronized with video signals.
More about Dante capabilities:
With Dante, the IP2USB integrates audio over a single network, eliminating the need for traditional DSP (Digital Signal Processing). This makes the setup simpler, faster, and improves efficiency, as the Dante Controller handles all routing. This setup is ideal for users already familiar with Dante in their AV workflows, offering both flexibility and reliability in networked audio integration.
Centralized commands: IP2USB integrated web interface
The IP2USB features a powerful integrated web interface for managing multiple IP camera sources. This intuitive interface allows integrators to perform live camera switching, monitor connection status at a glance, and recall precise PTZ presets. Designed for mission-critical stability, it streamlines the full lifecycle of your AV deployment—from initial configuration and friendly source naming to simplified, one-click firmware updates.
- Real-time diagnostics and control: Instantly toggle between IP and NDI® HX feeds and monitor live signal health without interrupting meeting flow.
- Streamlined management: Customize device settings and maintain peak performance with simple remote configuration tools and full API support for deep third-party integration.
