THE CHALLENGE
INOGENI is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to build brand awareness and increase its market share in the Western region of the US market.
In this remote based role, you will perform the following tasks:
> Responsible for monthly sales quota and assisting with forecasting for the territory
> Conduct product sales trainings to distributors & integrators for their sales & engineering teams
> Lead QBR’s with strategic accounts and actively manage a project pipeline
> Participate in National & Regional sales & marketing events
> Drive new business development by working with regional consultants and opening new channel and end-customer partnerships
> Be on a look out for new product ideas and concepts well suited to augment Inogeni’s product line be it existing or new developments
> Work with the Inogeni team to complete value-add initiatives as they arise, including involvement in product management and marketing projects, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
> 10+ years experience in sales and business development in the audio-visual market
> CTS certification preferred, or knowledge of AV integration and system design
> Experienced as a trainer, ability to motivate large or small groups
> Excellent presentation skills
> Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a remote team
> Excellent communicator capable of building relationships and communicating effectively with all levels in an organization
> Energetic personality, enjoy working in a growing team and dynamic environment
> Ability to travel regularly
> Fluent in English (Spanish or French a bonus)
> BA/BS in marketing or business management preferred
> Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
