THE CHALLENGE
INOGENI is looking for a results-driven US Senior Sales Engineer to build brand awareness and increase its market share in the US market.
In this remote based role, you will perform the following tasks:
> Pre-sales and post-sales support, including travel to customer locations either independently or with other Inogeni representatives
> Conduct product and sales trainings for customers and their sales teams
> Report on customer visits to the Inogeni sales/management team, including any technical obstacles the customer is experiencing, customer feedback about the product, etc.
> Be on a look out for new product ideas and concepts well suited to augment Inogeni’s product line be it existing or new developments.
> Work with the Inogeni team to complete value-add initiatives as they arise, including involvement in product management and marketing projects, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
> 10 to 15 years of experience in sales and business development in the audio-visual market
> Successful track record in B2B sales
> Experienced as a trainer, ability to motivate large or small groups
> Excellent presentation skills
> Good business acumen
> Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field
> Unified Collaboration knowledge, including all related technologies and protocols such as USB, IT/networking, TCP/UDP/IP, and other related AV & IT signals.
> Ability to write/articulate technical concepts clearly and accurately
> Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
> Ability to work independently with minimal supervision balanced with willingness to follow specific direction when required
> Ability to travel regularly
> Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
> Fluent in English (Spanish or French a bonus)
