After configuring the Cisco Webex kit to enable USB passthrough mode with the 4KX-PLUS, we are getting the desktop image instead of the camera source. What are we doing wrong?

This is most likely a configuration issue on the Cisco codec. A quick test would be to swap the HDMI outputs (HDMI to 4KX-PLUS and PC) at the codec side to see if video shows up correctly. If this solves the issue, check again the “Web Interface setup guide” document.
