Experiencing a black screen

Q.

I get a black screen when I plug my video source to the INOGENI product, what can I do?

A.

The black screen often means that the input sources are HDCP-compliant. Blu Ray players, Apple TV, digital receivers and MHL devices are always HDCP-compliant sources. The INOGENI products are not able to decode such sources.
