TOGGLE ROOMS BUTTON KIT to trigger a BYOM

Formerly known as the INO HOST BUTTON, we've added a pre-terminated cable to make installation quick and easy and offer peace of mind to the installer. The new name is the INO-BUTTON KIT, and it is available in 2 terminal block cable lengths.

How it works
BYOM mode button (INO – BUTTON KIT)

Function: A simple button interface to activate BYOM mode (laptop hosts the meeting)
- Requirements:
- Connected to the unit with a simple terminal block cable included. Length options:
- INO-BUTTON KIT – 4 m 4 meters (12 ft)
- INO-BUTTON KIT – 8 m 8 meters (25 ft)
- By default, the button will configure the device to operate in BYOM mode.

- To activate BYOM mode (laptop host)
- The laptop must be connected via USB-C or USB-B + HDMI cables.
- When the button is pressed, the button will illuminate, indicating the peripherals (cameras, audio or videobar) are connected to the laptop for a BYOM meeting hosted by the laptop. This is because the button doesn’t actually connect the peripherals – TOGGLE ROOMS does.
- By pressing the button again, BYOM to the laptop will be disabled, and the host will return to the room PC as indicated by the lack of illumination.
- User controls:
- The button controls the device through the GPI interface.
- The device automatically detects new connections.
- A physical button on the unit itself is used for installation by a technician.
