Specific Driver Installation

Q.

Do we need to install a specific driver in order to use the INOGENI products in any operating system supported?

A.

No. The INOGENI products was using the UVC driver provided by the operating system. If you are on a Windows 7 operating system, be sure to have the latest driver for your USB controller. In a Windows 8 operating system, the USB drivers are provided by Microsoft, so make sure to install the latest Windows updates.
