Return policy for Dealers and Distributors
INOGENI warrants the product against material defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years after the date of the original purchase. During this period, INOGENI will, at INOGENI’s option, repair or replace a defective product with a new or recertified or equivalent product without charge to you for parts or labour.
Warranty & 30-Day Return policy
End-user customers who buy directly from INOGENI can return the products to INOGENI up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, for a refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping charges), less restocking fees of 15%.
Only items that have been purchased directly from INOGENI can be returned to INOGENI. INOGENI products purchased through other partners must be returned in accordance with their respective returns
and refunds policy.
All returns (Warranty or 30-Day return) must have an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number assigned by a member of the INOGENI customer service team. This number must be clearly marked on the
outside of the box or the box will be refused.
Ship all returns, with original packaging and all product components, prepaid, to:

All products returned with a valid RMA number will be evaluated. The issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee credit. If INOGENI deems that a product is defective and still within the warranty period, we will do one of the following, at our discretion: repair or replace the product or credit your account. No refunds.
For products accepted for return for reasons other than defect or an error on the part of INOGENI, a
standard 15% restocking fee will be charged, and the product must be received by INOGENI within 30 days of the shipment date.
The defective unit must be returned to INOGENI at the user’s expense. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for all return products. Please contact email@example.com to obtain an RMA number
INOGENI will pay for shipping cost from INOGENI to the customer, worldwide, provided the product is indeed under warranty and there is no damage caused by improper installation or modification of the product.
