Question: I am having video freeze problems and my device is not detected sometimes. What can I do?
Answer: It is very important to use a well-made USB 3.0 cable, like to one included in the INOGENI package. Our tests revealed that the device is more robust to USB low level errors using a certified USB 3.0/SuperSpeed cable than a regular USB 3.0 cable. Low level errors are responsible of the video freeze and detection problems.
