our Control Application
INOGENI’s Control App allows you to upgrade and control all INOGENI devices, except for TOGGLE ROOMS. You do not need this software to operate the device. It enables you simply to carry out the testing you need.
If you are having difficulty accessing INOGENI’s website while using an older version of the Control App (v3.12.33 or older), please download this new version.

- Download the INOGENI Control App available at the top of this page.
- Connect the INOGENI dongle to the computer with a USB 3.0 cable.
- Open the INOGENI Control App software. Below is the interface of the application.
- If you want to verify you have the latest firmware on your device, just select Update >> Auto-Update. The app will then search for a newer version and will take care of the update. If you want to apply a specific firmware set, you can click on the Update >> Select update package and browse to the Updater.ini file of the firmware package.
- The INOGENI Control App will then update the appropriate sections if needed.
- Wait for the update to complete before using or removing the INOGENI device. Do not unplug the device while it is upgrading.
- You can quit the software and you can now use the INOGENI dongle with the latest firmware!
